Overview
Nu Creatives client is an interactive firm with a small body and a big heart. Their clients, such as Google, CNN and HTC, come to them because while being lean, they also think big and bold. Their passion, ambition and cutting-edge quality appeal to both clients and employees. We are now looking for Senior Producers to lead the charge from minute-to-minute, across the board on a daily basis at their Stockholm office. Part user experience manager, part technical manager, part account executive, part business-negotiator; this role demands a well-rounded talent. They will rely on your drive, experience and skills to produce our projects with a hands-on and detail-oriented approach. This is less of project management role and more of a roll-up-your-sleeves and dive-into-to-the-project role.

Qualifications
Proactive, motivational, mentoring and encouraging approach
Ability to qualify innovative ideas with top-notch research and industry knowledge
Background as a senior developer , senior UX designer OR creative director/senior designer is highly merited
Mastery of interactive/software development processes from an information architecture, interaction design, design and technical perspective
Strong hands-on wire-framing capabilities, demonstrating excellent understanding of usability and what makes a good web project
Strong written and spoken command of the English language
Excellent communicator to both creative individuals and clients alike
Confident and experienced in delegating tasks in both technical and creative areas
Quick-thinking, accurate, hands-on, stress-tolerant and a problem-solver
You will be responsible for building and maintaining existing client relationships.
Business-savvy and relationship-driven
Knowledgeable of major project management approaches, including Agile SCRUM

Professional Experience:
5+ years experience producing a multitude of projects in an interactive agency setting
2+ year of experience managing producers and being part of recruitment
Proven track record of launching cutting-edge interactive projects

OPERATIONAL PROJECT MANAGER (WEB) FOR LOCOMOTIV

Nu Creatives client Locomotiv is an agency offering integrated advertising, where web constitutes around 30%, a share that is growing. Locomotiv was founded in the early 90's with a focus on action marketing and sales-driven communication. Over the years they have broadened their offer and nowadays they work with various kinds of integrated projects for their local and global clients. They are around 40 employees and have a nice office in central Stockholm city. We are now looking for an operational project manager for their digital department.

The Job

The web producer is going on maternity leave, so this will initially be a replacement for her during one year. However, the digital offer of the agency is growing so the ambition is to make it a permanent job after that year has passed. As an operational project manager, you are in charge of the daily production of bigger web projects for global clients. You'll work with time estimates, resource allocation, administration, client meetings as well as making sure the projects are delivered as expected, within time and budget. At hand you have a good team of creatives and developers as well as external production companies. There'll be many points of contact so you need to be good at juggling many different parallel activities while maintaining focus on the goal. You'll report to the manager of online operations.

Experience, Skills and Attributes

A minimum of 2 years' experience from operational project management of web projects.
Previous experience from global clients and bigger web projects.
A great sence for team and clients
A strong knowledge of digital marketing and its technical possibilities.
A prestigeless attitude
Independent, organized and well-structured
A driven and passionate personality
A good level of English and Swedish language
